Parts Return Policy

Most importantly we at Deacon Equipment (DEC) want you to know that we appreciate your business, and the trust you place in us as your parts support company.

Unfortunately manufacturers are getting much tighter on their return policies, and we have to adhere to them. Because of that, we must duplicate what they are requiring.

Therefore, the following is our policy whenever you must return parts to us:
  1. All return parts require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Call DEC to get this number.
  2. Parts can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a proper RMA.
  3. Returned parts will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
  4. Parts dropped shipped from the manufacturer should be returned directly to them.
  5. Parts returned to the manufacturer must have a manufacturer RMA number.
  6. All parts returned, whether to DEC or the manufacturer, must be labeled or tagged with the customer name, part number and RMA number.
  7. Rubber parts or components, electrical parts, and special order parts may not be returned.
  8. Customer is responsible for the return freight to DEC or the manufacturer.
